Method
1 Make
the radish chrysanthemum.
2 Finely chop the crab sticks. Mince or grate the yuzu peel.
3 Mix Step 2 with the sushi rice. Divide into 5 portions.
4 Wrap each portion from Step 3 in plastic wrap and shape into balls. Flatten the tops a little bit. Make 5.
5 Top with a radish chrysanthemum.
