Method
1 Make the radish dandelion.(→Easy Dandelions with Sesame-flavored Takuan Pickles
2 Mix the sushi rice with the bonito flakes and sesame seeds. Divide into 5 portions.
3 Wrap each portion from Step 3 in plastic wrap and shape into balls.
Flatten the tops a little bit. Make 5.
4 Top the rice balls from Step 3 with the dandelions from Step 1.
