Sweetened Vinegar (Sushi Vinegar)

Recipe : Sweetened Vinegar (Sushi Vinegar)

Ingredients

100 ml	Rice vinegar
35 grams	Coarse White sugar
15 grams	Light brown sugar
1 grams	Coarse salt

Method
1  Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan.

2  Mix it over low heat making sure it doesn't boil.
When all of the ingredients have melted, it is done.
